2009 - 2nd Annual Great Bay Music Festival

Vendor Opportunities For The Festival:

The 2nd annual Great Bay Music Festival is looking for more vendors to join our event. Spaces are priced as a single fee covering all 3 days of the festival. Pricing for The Great Bay Vendor Village is as follows:

For-Profit Vendors:
5' X 5 '	$100
10' X 10'	$200
10' X 20'	$300
Non-Profit Vendors:
10' X 10' (Info. Booth)	$45
10' X 10' (Merch. Sales)	$100

Once vendors have paid their fee, they may occupy their space during all three days of the festival. No refunds will be given if a vendor decides to leave early or otherwise forfeit their time. As this is a rain or shine event, please note that no refunds are available due to weather.

GBMF is a 3 day event, you must be on-site and set up on Friday, Sept 18th, before the start of the festival, doors open at 11:00am.

Early set up is recommended, you will be allowed on the site Thursday, Sept. 17th from noon till 6pm for early set up.

No vendor vehicles will be allowed on the festival grounds after 12:00 p.m. Friday, Sept 18th to 5pm , Sunday, Sept. 20.

Vendors are repsonsible for their own tent, tables, chairs, and security.

A generator will be available for your electricity needs, no water available at this time.

Preference given to local products and services.

No soliciting outside the confines of your assigned space.

Walk in Tent Camping free, Car/RV camping is 20.00 per car/RV.

Cancellation requires 30 day notice and 20% cancellation fee. Less than 30 day notice, no refund.

No dogs or pets of any kind, with the exception of working guide dogs.

Absolutely no glass on the premises. Back River Farm is hayed yearly by a long standing family friend. His cows are fed this hay, deers and wild birds also graze this land.

No Sub-Contractors premitted.

VENDORS FROM OUT OF TOWN

Dover has a number of excellent choices for accommodations including free onsite tent camping at festival, or any other place to stay nearby from B&B's, hotels.
