2009 - 2nd Annual Great Bay Music Festival
Ground Rules For The 2009 GBMF:
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees to the GBMF, we do have some ground rules that we must enforce. Please plan accordingly. We hope you'll recognize that these rules are more or less common sense and are meant to keep everyone safe and to preserve the land of the festival and it's surrounding areas.
The GBMF and its staff reserve the right at its sole discretion to revoke tickets, badges and festival participation of any patron, vendor, sponsor, or guest that that violates the festival's rules or otherwise infringes upon people's safety.
- No weapons, fireworks or illegal substances of any kind will be allowed on to the festival grounds.
- Alcohol will be available on-site for those 21 and over to enjoy responsibly in designated areas. Guests are not allowed to bring alcohol with them onto the grounds per local regulations.
- Any guests under the age of 21 found consuming or in possession of alcohol will be removed immediately from the festival grounds.
- No glass bottles or containers will be allowed.
- No pets will be allowed at the festival.
- Fires are to be enjoyed in properly designated areas only!
- Parking will only be allowed in designated lots. No vehicles will be allowed directly onto the festival field other than those authorized by the GBMF staff for setup, breakdown, and maintenance of festival events and grounds or emergency service vehicles.
- Finally, we ask that you respect the land and those around you. Pick up all trash and dispose of it properly in the designated areas. Remember that these fields are not only for the GBMF, but are also still part of an active farming environment. Cigarette butts, bottle caps, can tabs, etc. can cause big damage for the animals that graze the fields during other times of the year!
Above all, HAVE FUN!!!
